Caffiene!!!

Joe, java, cuppa, espresso, Jon, cafe, coffee. However you call it, we all know caffiene has benefits when brewed and sipped. ;) Researchers over the years have found that when ingested, caffiene has much more to offer than keeping you awake during an all nighter study session or the graveyard shift.
